Guidelines:
For lifting single boards, the suction cups should be positioned parallel to the boards; for lifting an entire layer, the suction cups should be arranged side by side in a perpendicular orientation to the boards.
The CV1C loaders are designed for lifting individual boards without separating battens.
The CV2C loaders are suitable for loading layers of boards, without separating battens.
The CV3C and CV4C loaders can be equipped with additional accessories such as batten inserters and batten lifters, making them suitable for both single board handling and full layer loading.
